The Eagle to Squirrel Variety Hour, Flotation Walls, Jane Carver
Leapin Lizard Gallery 726 Main St. Covington, KY
Saturday, August 1st
Doors at 8:30 $5

I am so excited for Saturday's show. These bands are so unique and different than any I have heard around here. Really. They all have some sort of performance aspect to their shows as well. Eagle to Squirrel Variety Hour and The Flotation Walls (from Columbus & now touring) are just fantastic and transporting and of course Jane Carver never disappoints with her eclectic, ethereal style and unearthly voice. All three groups are on myspace and you can check out their music there. Hope to see y'all there Saturday night! 8:30pm

The Eagle to Squirrel Variety Hour (Cincinnati, OH) began when a circuit-based band and a mad freeform poet begot an experiment that is part Jazz, part Hip Hop, part Poetry, part Electronica, part Dance.

Flotation Walls (Columbus, OH) combines choral music, psych-folk, IDM, Tropicalia and orchestral music into a distinct brand of intelligent art-pop.

Jane Carver is an artist and musician currently based in Cincinnati.
