Everytime we return to Northside we find another place we like. They really got it going on. Cluxton is where we get all our coffee.
boy, are you guys off the mark! Of course, I used to think Northside was kinda nice, too, but commenters at Cincinnati.com haz set me straight.
(a smattering)
Northside is so many things to so many people...a destination for the regions' crack and heroin addicts, a sexual perversion mecca, a section 8 landlords cash cow, safe haven for thugs, and deadbeats.....and soon to be...a retail shopping destination. What next?
$1,600,000 tax dollars to put apartments in a ghetto.
Whoever would want to live or work in Northside?
Per the business district:
mostly ghetto type stores that would suffer if Northside improved
Per the housing stock:
unsellable withouts 10s of thousands of $ in insulation upgrades under Obama's plan
