So, maybe you know the College Hill Coffee Company and maybe you don't.  The shop has been the subject of several apperences in the nationally syndicated comic strip The Dinnette Set and was voted the best coffee shop in the city of Cincinnati by the readers of CityBeat.  However, there is more to this coffee shop than just a great cup of coffee.

In addition to a wide variety of Specialty Coffees, including two special blends (College Hill Blend and the Highlander Grogg) as well as a wide variety of flavorings, espressos and teas, the coffee company also has a full service menu of really good food.

When you have finished with your coffee, make sure you take a walk around the shop and look at the eclectic selection of gifts, from imported Alfi Carafes, to paper goods, tea excessories, ornaments, and gardening goods.  CHCC will even create gift baskets for you to send to out of town friends and family.

You can find CHCC at the corner of North Bend and Hamilton Avenues in College Hill.  Check out the website www.collegehillcoffeeco.com for a full look at the menu, gifts, and a schedule of live music.

By the way, CHCC is a great place to buy your sustainable shopping bags.  They sell great looking mocha colored bags that are perfect for a trip to a local farmers market, down to Findlay, or even to Kroger.  Only $2.00!

I was wondering when you'd write an article on this!

I still have several of my favorite places to get up on the site, including Bacall's in College Hill, and Gabby's in Wyoming.
